This is the corner house of a series of 3 townhouses and was
built to protect the privacy of the residents.
Big and beautiful terrace with a grand view of the National Aquatic Archipelago Park of la Maddalena. It has garden furniture
and barbeque. The green garden is 350 sq m in size and is suitable for children. At night it is lit by lamps hidden in the stone wall. The lawn is watered by a hidden automatic irrigation system. There is a huge water reservoir hidden in the garden. An outdoor shower provides quick refreshment. Pets are permitted.
The living-kitchen is fully equipped with pots, dishes, cutlery,
glasses, candle-holders, place mats for 6-7 persons with a table and
a sofa.
The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer (240 litres), a gas
cooking range (4) which is standard in Italy, an electric oven,
microwave, mixer, kitchen scale and toaster.
Sat-TV (English broadcasters), radio with CD, vacuum
cleaner, broom and Mocio vileda.

A room with with convertible 2 single or 1 double bed.
In the living-kitchen there is two single divan bed providing room
for 2 more persons. Bother rooms are on ground floor remaining cool
in the summer and warm in the winter.
Bathroom with window, shower, bidet and a washing machine. Drying rack, cloths pegs and an iron.
Private drive-way; common entrance to house Ginestra 2A and a roofed parking area suitable for 2 cars.
