This is the corner house of a series of 3 townhouses and was built to protect the privacy of the residents.
Two big and beautiful terraces with garten forniture and barbeque: One with a grand view of the National Aquatic Archipelago Park of la Maddalena, the other with a very relaxing view of a part of the green garden. The green garden is 600 sq m in size and is suitable for children. At night it is lit by lamps hidden in the stone wall. The lawn is watered by a hidden automatic irrigation system. There is a huge water reservoir hidden in the garden. An outdoor shower provides quick refreshment. Pets are permitted.
The kitchen is completely equiped with pots, dishes, cuttlery, candleholders, glasses, placemats for 7-8 people, a table and 2 sofas. The kitchen has a refridgerator with a freezer (240 liters), gas cooking range (4) which is standard in Italy, an electric oven, microwave, mixer, kitchen scale and toaster. Sat-TV (English broadcasting), radio with CD, vacuum cleaner and Mocio.

A room with 2 single beds that can be
converted to a double bed. In the living-kitchen, there is a sofa
which can be pulled out providing room for 2 further persons and one
single divan bed. Both rooms are on the ground floor keeping the
room cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Bathroom with a window, shower, bidet and washing machine. Drying rack, cloths pegs and an iron.
Private drive-way and entrance to the house and roofed parking area for 2 cars.
